Laser-Demetalized Security Labels — Permanent Custom Marking
Laser demetalization etches custom text, logos, or sequential numbers permanently into the metallic or holographic layer of a security label — the marking becomes part of the label's structure, so it can't be reprinted, peeled off, or altered without visibly damaging the label itself. This customization method is available across Intertronix's holographic, permanent metallic, tamper-evident-with-residue, and non-residue label lines.
Laser-demetalized labels are available in black, blue, chrome, gold, green, rainbow, red, and silver (bright or matte) finishes, in sizes from 0.5" diameter up to 2.75" x 1", starting at quantities of 1,000 labels.
LASER-DEMETALIZED SECURITY LABELS
Key Features
Etching is burned directly into the label's metallic or holographic layer rather than printed on top, so custom text, logos, and sequential numbers can't be reproduced or removed without visible damage. Available across multiple label constructions — holographic, permanent, tamper-evident-with-residue, and non-residue — in 10+ colors and a wide range of sizes.
Common Applications
Laser-demetalized labels are widely used for asset tracking and equipment identification, sequentially numbered warranty seals, and government or defense asset tagging where a permanent, non-reproducible mark is required. Contact Intertronix at 866.980.9525, Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm PST, for help choosing the right base label and customization.
