TamperVoid® Metallic Security Labels — Custom Printed & Serialized

Metallic void security labels are the most widely deployed tamper evident solution for electronics, equipment, packaging, and warranty applications worldwide. Constructed from bright or matte silver polyester with a hidden "VOID" message in the adhesive layer, these labels split on removal — revealing the tamper evidence permanently on both the surface and the peeled label. Once applied, the evidence cannot be reversed or concealed.

Intertronix TamperVoid® metallic labels are available blank for immediate shipment, or custom printed with your company logo, sequential serial numbers, 1D and 2D barcodes (Code 128, QR, Data Matrix), and custom warning text. Serialized versions integrate directly with asset tracking, warranty management, ERP, and compliance systems. All custom printing is done at our Chula Vista, California facility with consistent quality and no overseas supply chain delays.

TAMPERVOID® Metallic Security Labels

TamperVoid® metallic tamper-evident labels combine a bright or matte metallic foil finish with permanent VOID tamper protection. Their reflective finish makes them easy to spot at a glance, while the underlying adhesive leaves a visible VOID pattern the moment the label is removed — ideal for asset tracking, warranty seals, and equipment identification.

Choose reflective silver bright finish for a premium look, or matte for labels that need to carry a scannable barcode — most barcode scanners cannot read reflective metallic material, and matte finish accepts thermal transfer and laser printing for crisp, durable variable data. When any removal is attempted, a hidden "VOID" pattern transfers permanently to the surface beneath and remains visible on the removed label, making tampering immediately obvious and impossible to reverse or conceal. Custom printing options include company names, logos, warranty text, sequential serial numbers, 1D and 2D barcodes including Code 128, QR, and Data Matrix, and custom warning messages. Serialized ranges integrate directly with asset management, ERP, and compliance tracking systems. Silver polyester face stock resists tearing, moisture, and everyday handling, and is well suited to long-term asset identification where labels must remain legible and intact for years. Stock sizes range from 0.5 inch diameter circles to 2.75 x 1 inch rectangles, covering screws, seams, battery compartments, equipment panels, and packaging closures. Custom sizes are available for production orders.
